Norah offers; Private sessions; 1hr, 1hr 30 mins or 2 hrs Workshops: from 2hr to 1 Week Dependant on workshop usually held in Galway city and Connemara (See below for more detailed information on treatments, classes and workshops) ABOUT ME I first began working in the holistic healing field many years ago when I trained at the Academy of Natural Health in Covent Garden, firstly in the Holistic Bodywork and Subtle Energy field, I then went on to learn many other healing modalities such as Clinical Reflexology and Clinical and Spiritual Aromatherapy, making my own oils, using them in treatments and prescribing them for both physical and emotional needs as well as many other areas including special needs and immunity care. I have always known my life’s purpose was in the healing and spiritual way of life but never really knew where until the last few years. In my work, I have studied a kaleidoscope of colourful therapies, most Eastern and Western Massage , ranging from Holistic to Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy, Hawian Lomi Lomi. Indian Ayurvedic, Thai Yoga Stretching, Chinese Cupping, Pregnancy and Baby, Sports, Remedial, Deep Tissue, Myotherapy and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, to name but a few. My first love has always been working in the Spiritual, Energy and Angelic Healing field. I practice and teach Reiki where I am a Master Practitioner, I do ARCH Kahuna Ancient Rainbow Concious Healing and Angel Healing Therapy and am a Certified Angel Guidance Practitioner. I am also currently in the process of completing some further study under Charles Virtue the son of Doreen Virtue. I am a qualified Complementary Therapy Tutor, a Meditation Facilitator and Lifeskills Consultant running stress workshops and one to one consultations. It was not until I discovered IET that I really knew I was on my right path! I love everything about the gentleness and power of IET Integrated Energy Therapy and practice as a therapist on a daily basis as well as teach IET workshops and courses, in Connemara and Galway. I also run lots of other courses helping people find their own path and life’s purposes as I believe everyone has the power to heal and follow their own life’s purpose, sometimes we just need a little help. My private healing sessions can include IET, Crystal Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Vision Boards, Sound Therapy with Tunning Forks and Tibetan Bowls, Dowsing and Pendulum work, guided visualisations, psycic debri removal, protection from psycic attack and cutting cords to Angel Card Readings, meditation, massage or any other work the Angels guide us to use during your treatment.
