Anita encourages self-empowerment, and believes in the development of one’s spirituality to create lasting, meaningful change in one’s life. Through Energy Therapy, Hypnosis and other Natural Healing modalities she has created a safe place to meet her clients heart-heart and support them in meeting their goals and finding their own, unique spiritual path.

Anita studied Spiritual Psychotherapy, Spiritual Direction and Body Psychotherapy at the Transformational Arts College. There she also had the opportunity to understand and consciously continue her personal journey in Spirituality and Energy Healing. She studied Hypnosis with the National Guild of Hypnotists and The Center for Psycho Linguistics.

She studied IET and Reiki with Pavlina Albrecht and finished her IET Master-Instructor training with Karen Puglia.

In addition she works with Bach Flowers, Nutrition, Reflexology, Colour Light Therapy, Meditation and Visualization.  She also does traditional Tibetan Singing Bowl Healings.

~IET Training Classes ~

Anita holds Basic, Intermediate and Advanced IET classes on a regular bases and according to interest in Downtown Toronto.  She is also willing to travel.

Anita will be holding monthly IET Shares on the 3rd Monday of every month at 240 Roncesvalles Ave ; Toronto, ON from 7pm to 9:30pm.  Please call if you would like to participate.
