Dona Ho Lightsey LMT, has been a holistic health professional for 17 years teaching the "Body, Mind, Spirit" connection, facilitating meditation and devotional chanting classes and women's ritual and prayer circles as a Licensed Massage Therapist and intuitive energy healer. She also uses dowsing, tuning forks, and guided visualizations to facilitate deep healing for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. She combines this knowledge with the powerful and effective techniques of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). IET is a powerful catalyst that moves people into wholeness, releasing emotional energy blockages and rebalancing and realigning the human energy field.

In 1986 Dona was awakened spiritually by John Michael Sherdon, spiritual master, wayshower, counselor and author of the book Come The New Jerusalem. His teachings opened up her world to remembering universal truths, the Christ Consciousness, and the teachings of many Ascended Masters including Jesus, St. Germaine and the Angels of the Violet Fire, Baba Muktananda, White Eagle and Mother Mary.

In 1998, Dona was blessed again with another master teacher named Stevan Thayer, creator of Integrated Energy Therapy and author of the book Interview with an Angel. Dona studied IET with Stevan and has had the honor to advance her studies of the Angelic realm with him, bringing her work full circle. She believes in the power of invocation, intention, and prayer, and working with the angels has been a divine gift.  Dona also resonates to the teachings and energies of the Ancient Egyptian Mystery schools, ISIS, Mary Magdalene, Kwan Yin and Archangel Metatron.  Her interests are in teaching the importance of the Balance between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine on the path to God realization through Sacred Relationship.

Dona Ho Lightsey IET Master/Instructor and NYS Licensed Massage Therapist offers individual sessions of IET, long distance IET, IET combined with Massage Therapy and currently teaches Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced IET classes in New Paltz, New York.  She also facilitates the healing and clearing of negative programs, soul fragments and energies that do not serve the higher good of the individual, whether from this lifetime or past.

IET has healed an empowered Dona leading her to living her soul's purpose. Her passion for IET helps to lead others into their own healing journey.  Since learning IET, Dona has become ordained in the Order of Melchizedek through the World Light Fellowship and is an Initiate of the Order of Magdalene.
