Pavlina is trained in 20 natural health therapies at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto.  She is also certified as an Aromatherapist by the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners.

She studied IET with Randy Blair and was certified as a Master-Instructor by Stevan Thayer in 2002. Since then she has amazing results with her clients using all levels of IET, as well as teaching IET classes regularly.

Pavlina has her own holistic health practice, the Art of Healing.  Before temporarily re-locating to Europe she also used to practice Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki at the Old Mill Inn Spa in Toronto, Canada.

Her clients are mostly business professionals and their families, who are seeking complementary health care to enhance the quality of life and health by relieving stress, supporting their immune system and preventing illness. While addressing their chronic migraines, backpain, insomnia, fatigue, depression etc., her clients learn more about themselves and their life choices.  When using IET, many of them report changing their lives for better and experiencing the most powerful emotional and spiritual healing.
